I want to assign a user in my organization to be able to create surveys in Survey123. We authenticate using Enterprise Login with ADFS to our portal. How do I assign permissions so that this user can create surveys and share them with the organization?

What version of Portal are you using? For access to Survey123 to create surveys, publish and share to org, the user will need to be assigned a named user account.
