routing with barriers

I am trying to create barriers using arcgis online web app directions widget. My roadblocks work fine but I am trying to add a one way street and the one way road closure doesn't seem to work. It will either route going the wrong way in to incoming traffic or say it cannot calculate a route at all. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
