Can't reach REST/Services after updating ArcGis Server to SP1

after the SP1 update for the ArcGis Server 10.0 Java i can't reach the rest/services anymore. everytime i get a 404 not avaliable. the manager console is working and i can add new services. Also a connection from ArcMap via Catalog is not possible. I also switched the firewall off. All Windows Services are running.

I am using Windows 7 for the testserver. in the event logs i got some problems with the arcgis soc monitor. service did not start because of logon failure. i am not sure why because all three services are started and the manager is working too.

What OS are you using?
Have you checked the log files (e.g. windows logs and ArcGIS Server logs) for any errors?

If you're using IIS make sure the app pools are configured correctly.
