- When I try to install ArcGIS 9.0 on my tablet with XP pro I get the following message in an Installer Information box: Error 1904 Module D: \Program Files\ArcGIS\Bin\XMLSupportUI.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147023898. Contact your support personel. Can anyone tell me what might be wrong?
