I have two shape files of watershed. I define projection to be WGS1984Zone47N. However, Two layers would not be aligned as shown in attachment. How do I solve this problem? Thank you in advance.
You don't Define a projection unless the projection is unknown. Then if it is unknown... you have to define it to the projection that it is... NOT the one you want. So first, you have to define it correctly, then, you use the Project tool to project it into the coordinate system you want. In your case, you defined it as something that it isn't, so define it properly, then project it.
