Access Github CSV file in ArcGIS Dashboard

Hi S

Is it possible to link an ArcGIS dashboard to a CSV file hosted on github? The data on github updates daily and I would like to automatically pull the latest data into my dashboard. The data is a normal table and does not have any spatial information. I am an ArcGIS online user if that helps.
