i just completed and saved a storymap journal but its not showing up in my content and i cannot access it

Also you have folders in your My Content. Make sure it isn't in one of those.

Do you see if if you search in ArcGIS Online instead of looking in My Contents? That is another way to find something if you don't see it in My Contents.

Have you looked in your browser history to see if you can find the page of your Journal?
