10.3 Add Lateral and Merge Function Crash ArcMap

Hello,

I am aware others are experiencing crashes in 10.3 while merging lines in a geometric network on a multi-user geodatabase hosted on a SQL server platform. I am also experiencing crashes while trying to use the Attribute Assistant Add Laterals tool. Has anyone been able to get the Add Laterals tool to work with 10.3?
