ArcGIS Pro Update to Licensing List Not enable Error

pro 1.4 -> 1.5 update or reinstall

An product check list non-enable error has occurred since loading the license server from the License Server.

Cause registry not writing for installing.

The error was put through through regedit.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Licensing\Extensions
