Please i need a guide document(screen-shot) for setting up the reverse proxy on IIS 7.5 to expose the ArcGIS Server 10.4 instance sitting in Internal Zone to DMZ Area. I have tried earlier the approach with document from esri available for ArcGIS Server 10.1 but somehow I was unsuccessful in my approach.
