checking for VersionManagementServer capability

I am facing an issue while migrating feature from UN to GN.
The feature is not migrating to GN.While migrating feature to Gn service url.
It is checking for VersionManagementServer capability.which is absent for Geomtry
network service url.How to stop checking for VersionManagementServer capability internally.
If any one help me that will help me allot.
