Web Survey will not Republish

I am currently trying to update a Web Survey that was created in Survey123 Classic.  After the initial publishing, I am unable to make updates to the survey due to the fact that when I republish, the survey never displays.  It will display the loading screen as if its about to display but never does.  It just will attempt to load until I close the browser. 

I read a similar forum that pertained to this issue (https://community.esri.com/thread/212890-survey123-updated-form-will-not-publish) but after attempting the suggested solution, I am still running into the same problem. 

Any assistance would be appreciated.

In order to resolve this problem, I had to make a New Survey from File in Connect, then publish that survey. Luckily, I had not distributed the survey or set up the QR code materials yet. 

Now that I have a new copy of the survey, any updates in Connect seem to publish without issue.
