Hello! I am researcher at a university with an enterprise subscription to ArcGIS. We have access to the business analyst but I was wondering if there is a way to export the geocoded business listings data with 13 million businesses to perform external data analysis before reimporting.

Your best option is to work with the business data locally that is included with Business Analyst Desktop or ArcGIS Pro.
