Get the current zoom level and Lat/Long in android sdk

Question

How can I get the current zoom level and center point Lat/Long of the map android sdk? Is there a property that tells me how far the user has zoomed (level) into the map like  a (1-9) or something? Can you please guide me about that?

You can use GeoView.getCurrentViewpoint(), which will return a Viewpoint that has information about latitude, longitude and scale.
