Can the GeodatabaseSyncTask.SyncGeodatabase method handle a schema change in the Source Feature Service.

Suppose I have a device( ArcGISRuntime 100.1.0) with an existing registered offline database that was created with the GeodatabaseSyncTask. Suppose some time later I make #schema changes to the Source Features Service. What will happen when I call #SyncGeodatabase()?
