Hi All,
ArcGIS Server showing below error message when trying to Start a stopped map service.

| Message: | com.esri.arcgis.discovery.servicelib.AGSException: java.lang.Exception: java.lang.Exception: The server was unable to create a GIS service instance. The exact cause is unknown. Please contact Esri Support for further assistance and provide the information from your logs. |
We are seeing this issue only when Service account is used. But my admin id is used it's not showing.
I thought it may be the problem with permission. So, I provided full control on configu-store,Directory and
\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server. The account is added in he Administrator group.
We are using ArcGIS Server 10.3.1 with windows 2008.
Please let know your thoughts and suggestions.
