ArcGIS Hub Premium Documents sharing inadequate

Documents sharing - Need a better solution for the exchange of numerous documents for collaboration of supporting team members, content not intended to be shared with the general public

1. Need ability to share several documents easily with supporting teams and for supporting team members to load documents with little to no training
2. Gallery Card ineffective for document storage/sharing – 16 document limit not enough storage
3. Process to load and share documents too difficult for end users unfamiliar with ArcGIS Online
4. Decided to go with Basecamp3 as a tool for non-public document sharing with supporting teams
