How do I transfer an ArcGIS license from a stolen computer to a new computer?

My laptop was stolen out of a vehicle yesterday and ArcGIS for desktop was installed with a year long student license provided by the university that I attend. Is there a way to somehow cancel the license for that computer and transfer the license to a new one so that I can download the software for further use?
