Figure of Eight and Ractrack Pattern QML

We are using QML for Arc GIS Runtime and trying to create the two patterns: Figure of Eight and Race track Pattern (Please check the attachment). But unable to do so with current API. The figures are attached.

If anyone has the means to create these patterns that expand/contract with zoom in/out.
