Hi, I am trying to develop a Geoform to let me know the places where people have visited on the map, but I also want to add a field where users can add a photo or multiple photos of that location. Is there a way to do this?

I believe you have to publish your base feature layer (the feature layer that you're basing the geoform off of) with attachments enabled...but you might be able to go to that layers page in AGOL and just enable attachments.
Tiffany is correct, you will just need to Allow Attachments if you are using a hosted feature layer:

If this is an ArcGIS Server service you will need to enable attachments on the feature class and re-publish the service.
