activeX securty warning

Question

I am running 10.5.1 on a windows 10 machine. Every time I want to navigate to a folder from an arcgis tool, in map or catalog, I get this error message:
. I'm sure you can imagine, this is endlessly frustrating. Can Someone please help me figure out how to make this error message go away?

Thank you for the link. It turned out that a couple of files in ArcToolbox\Stylesheets needed to be replaced. My IT dept helped diagnose and resolve the issue.
