ArcMap and ArcCatalog have a "Connect" tool within ModelBuilder that allows you to directly connect variables and tools so you don't have to search for them in the drop-down menu. It also allows you to set preconditions for tools. I can't seem to find that tool or the ability to create preconditions in ModelBuilder in ArcGIS Pro. Is there something similar that I am missing in ArcGIS Pro?
There is no connect tool because with the default mouse click you can both select elements or draw connections.
