HELP - Custom Web AppBuilder - Print Widget Not Including All Layers

Has anyone come across this issue and found a solution?  is it a known bug?

Workflow: I  am trying to create a simple web mapping application where the end-user can simply:

1. plot a point,
2. buffer it,
3. and print a map that shows the point and the buffer.

Software: ArcGIS Online Custom Web Mapping Application Builder. Google Chrome.

Problem:   When I create the web mapping application all of the steps above work except when I export the map the buffer does not show in the product (pdf). See more screenshots below for more details.

     I used a editable layer :Layer: Damage to Residential Buildings (ID: 0) ,follow your steps ,but I can not reproduce the issue.
