How to add editing capability to a hosted feature service?

I published a hosted feature service in 10.7.1, and now I need to add the 'create', 'editing', 'update' and 'delete' capabilities to the feature service.  Is there a way to add these capabilities without having to republish the feature service?

Hello,

If you navigate to the item in your portal, you can click on Settings.

From there, you can navigate to the Editing section and enable editing

Once the setting is enabled, you can choose the permissions you need
