Date selector not filtering when I try fixed date or relative date options.

Question

I've configured a date selector attempting to use preferably defined options but have also tried using the date picker.  I'm unable to get either to filter through Actions. I've tried both a date completed field I created and the last edited date field.  The data is published as a map service through ArcGIS Server.  The result is always none.  I'm not sure what my issue is.#date selector

Were you ever able to make any progress on this? I'm struggling with using a date selector to filter data on the map as well as within the other widgets. Thanks.
