I'm happy to address your suggestion about students having access to past MOOCs. MOOCs are designed to have a firm start and end date. We arrange them that way to develop a cohort that moves through the content, and learns, together. We allow and encourage students to download the course exercises (PDFs) to work through again or to use as reference after the course.
