3d Web scenes

Hello,

I am trying to create a 3D webscene with a larger parcel file but am running into a feature limit. I read about scene services you can share with ArcGIS pro, but you need Portal and Data Store for those. Are there any other ways to create Scene Services without those two programs?

Yes, I am. I have not published that way, I will look into it. Currently I am using a 2D polygon layer extruded with values.  I can possibly convert to multi-patch, I just have not done that yet.

Are you using ArcGIS Online with an organizational account? You can publish Point and Multipatch Feature layers into scene layers in ArcGIS Online to display large amounts of data without the use of Pro.
