Making queries from different layers in AGOL

I am currently using web appbuilder developer edition 2.5. My problem is i want to make a query set which connects with each other and uses different layers. But query widget only provides one layer at a time. Is there any other widget i can use for this process in AGOL ? Or is there any widget on internet which does this process?
