I am utilizing a set of data where they listed the datums such as NAD83, NAD27, WGS84, and NR. I have used the first three datums before, but I have never heard of NR? What does NR stand for?
I have never heard of a datum / geographic coordinate system (GCS) being called NR. My guess would be some sort of "not known". If you have overlapping data using NR and another GCS, you could check if the data is generally offset in the same direction. That might help you to determine what GCS the NR data is really using.
