Would it be possible to set widget preloaded?

For ArcGIS Viewer for Flex, all I need is preload="open" in config.xml.

I see something similar in config.json.

It's buried, but openAtStart is documented in two places in Beta2:

<beta 2 folder>\client\stemapp\config-readme.text

No the WAB is still in beta/pre-release and thus the documentation is incomplete
