Attachments missing, ArcGIS Pro: Cannot open origin or destination class of this relationship class.

I have a feature class with pictures attached to the points that I have successfully viewed from ArcGIS online. When I pulled the geodatabase into ArcGIS Pro, the attachments were no longer showing up. The geodatabse has the feature class, a GBD_ServiceItems table, and ATTACH table and a relationship class. I tried this workaround (How To: Re-establish the relationship class for geodatabase attachments ) but the feature failed to copy and I received this error: Cannot open origin or destination class of this relationship class. [filename__ATTACH]
Unexpected operation [filename__ATTACH]. I've re-downloaded the geodatabase twice and have had the same issue. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Thank you.
