Label objects for deeplearning using classified raster

I am trying to label NAIP imagery using classified raster of the same area but it says failed to generate classes when I give classified raster as the input to create training samples. Could anyone suggest me why? What kind of classified raster can be used as the reference to label ojbects for deep learning in arcgispro?
