I am running Create Enterprise GeoDatabase tool on PostgreSQL Database on windows ,this tool is throwing above error

Amazon RDS Postgres Enable Gerodatabase tool with Postgis 2.2.5

ArcGIS 10.4.1

I am getting below error any help is appreciated.

Validated authorization file.
User has required privileges for geodatabase setup.
XML support is enabled for the database instance.
Connected RDBMS instance is setup for Esri spatial type configuration.
Failed to create stored procedures in the geodatabase. Error (-42)
DBMS error code: -42
ERROR: too many parameters specified for RAISE
CONTEXT: compilation of PL/pgSQL function "sde_layer_def_change_table_name" near line 20
SQL state: 42601

See the setup log in the following location for additional error information:
C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\2\sde_setup.log
Could not create geodatabase tables and stored procedures.
Failed to execute (EnableEnterpriseGeodatabase).

It is working now ..One Problem is that we should connect the DB using SDE User ,then run this particular tool on that connection ,it works.

Well from the System Requirements page PostgreSQL database requirements for ArcGIS 10.4.x—System Requirements | ArcGIS Desktop , it seems that the PostGIS 2.3.2 is not supported with 10.4.x yet.

Can you try with PostGIS 2.2 and check...

It's always critical to specify, in the question:

The exact release of the database to which you are connecting, and
The exact release of ArcGIS which is being used to connect.

The error message implies that your database is incompatible with your Desktop.
