Upgraded to 10.3 now unable to delete features

Good Day

I upgraded my PC from ArcGIS 10.2.2 to 10.3 this morning and now I can no longer delete or create any features. I keep getting a few different error messages but the one that occurs the most is a message that says "The features could not be deleted. Stream in progress." I performed the same operation(s) on two other machines that both have 10.2.2 still installed with no problems. Any information would be helpful.
