Webapp Builder Summary Widget hiding sites but counting them in summary

I am using the online webapp builder summary widget. When the widget in selected it appears along the bottom of the map. I am using the Tab Theme Template. The problem is the widget appears over the map and any feature that are hidden behind it are are counted in the summary but are not visible on the map. Is there any way to fix this?

See the screen shots. Same summary data but some features are hidden behind the summary in the second one.
