GeoPackage support

Is there a patch for ArcGIS for Desktop 10.3 to support GeoPackage? I have no success to use GeoPackage with the support like described at OGC GeoPackage. For instance trying to open the attribute table throws back the following message (see attachment). Furthermore, I have no possibilities found to edit GeoPackage Features and to display GeoPackage raster.
