Graphic Overlay Index

Hello,

I am using ArcGIS Runtime for .NET (100.4) for my Xamarin Forms app. I have a map with couple of feature layers. I then add graphic overlay on map. However I wanted to add the overlay under a certain feature layer. Is it possible to add overlay at a certain index wrt feature layers on map?
