FYI tmservices1 are going away December 2016.

Just to let you know the tmservices1 are going away at year end 2016. This was passed along in a webinar today. So if you are using these REST services, you should know, so you can make your changes. Please see the attached list of the tmservices1 going away at year end. They include wind speed and direction, Stream Gauge, Watches and Warning and etc.
