GeocodeServer locator suggest returns Invalid URL

Question

I have some problem on getting the suggest working. It always give me invalid URL, already tested composite locator too. still the same output.

Output:

{"error":{"code":400,"message":"Invalid URL.","details":[]}}

Any guidance?

When creating the address locator in ArcCatalog, did you make sure the "Enable Suggestions (Optional)" box at the bottom was checked?
