Control Points in Parcel Fabric Type set to 0

Using 10.2.2

I am having difficulties adding control points. I have two templates where one is for air photos and the other is for mathematical assumed points. I set up to the correct control type, however when I join a parcel, construct one, or adjust a parcel that the control point is linked to, the control type gets set to '0'.

Any suggestions, or is this a bug?

Hello Trent - you may have to right-click the control point layer and navigate to 'Edit Features' and 'Organize Feature Templates' to create a new feature template.
