Hi Chad, Is it possible to configure the editor so that editors can only see their edits?

This functionality is available with ArcGIS for Server 10.1 feature services, which includes ownership-based access control. Unfortunately, the current release of the Silverlight Viewer v1.0.1 does not support this capability.
