Are there any existing data models out there for archaeological excavation and provenience?

Unfortunately, Esri does not have a specific data model for Archeology.

If you need this functionality post it to the idea to the https://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas site. That way the development teams can measure the need across the community, and identify the priority of implementing this data model.
