Custom Fonts and Mobile Map Packages

I assume this is an easy one to answer:

Can custom truetype fonts be "embedded" somehow into an MMPK when being generated through PRO, without the font being installed on the targeted iOS device?

I have a similar issue. I'm looking to package a font for special Navajo characteristics that I need to have as a package to show the proper translations.
