Issues Editing with Web AppBuilder

We have a point feature which is editable and is not m value enabled. Can add new features and edit attributes for existing but cannot move or edit the geometry. The features do not have m values.

There are no errors. I've propped up another web appbuilder app with another feature class and have same result. The point geometry moves but when zoom in or out the point moves back. Can successfully edit geometry in web map which is consumed by web appbuilder application and app created using other templates.
