Losing edit form paging?

Hello,

I defined edit form with pages for ArcPad.

The problem is that the form suddenly lost pages and display all fields in a single form.

Is there a fix?

From your description its not clear what happened.

How did you create your pages in your form - Did you create these ArcPad Studio? Are you creating forms for AXF layers or shapefiles?
