Operations Dashboard Wont Update Using Survey123

I would like to show the count of surveys created through Survey123 within Operations Dashboard using the gauge display. The refresh interval on the feature layer is set to 0.1 minutes within the webmap containing the layers from the survey. Any ideas why the dashboard wont update? The only way the dashboard will update is if I refresh the page.
