Can I Label a feature with a Click at the Position needed?

Question

I know that in 10.5 I can, in the data view, using the Drawing toolbar, Label tool options, place a label at a position clicked, to label a Interstate Line Layer with a Interstate Badge. How can I do this in ArcPro? or even can I do this in ArcPro? Thanks.

Thanks Jayanta, Ive dug around a bit looking for this option and came up empty. Hopefully its something esri will implement into Arcpro before we're all forced to switch over from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro.

But I think they are only available for layouts.

Creating or editing annotations might not be possible as yet.
