Is there a way to add the tracing tool from ArcGIS Desktop as an editing tool for ArcGIS Online?

I have created a feature service that allows users to enter in polygons. These polygons are often based off of parcel data that I have on the app as a mapping service. Is there a way that would allow the user the ability to trace parcel boundaries when entering these polygons into the feature service during an edit session?
