Key numbering duplicates

Hi,

I'm attempting to use Maplex key numbering to identify several small parcels on a print map. The key numbering system is working, but since several parcels have the same attributes, it is redundant and confusing to list them all out separately (see below).

Instead of have numbers 1,2 and 4-7 in the list refer to the same owner, I would much prefer to have just the number 1 in the list and repeated on the map (see below, image created in paint, not in).

My organization has produced maps before I was around with this form of key numbering; I believe they were using ArcView 3.x.

Using ArcGIS 10.1 Advanced for Desktop.

Scratch that. It was done manually (label with numbered field, text box list). Likely what I'll be doing.
