How to Segment Slope Raster or Polygons

I have a slope raster and slope polygons generated from the raster. How do you segment on thresholds such as 0-5% slope, 5-10% slope, etc.?

An overview of the Raster Reclass toolset—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

perhaps just Reclassify... or Slice if you want

If would just be easier to remake the polygons from the raster... otherwise you have to reclass the slope field in the polygon as well

Set Null—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

will set the class you don't want to nodata and keep the rest
